Internally the apartments have been created to fit the demands of a modern holiday home, providing a variety of layouts designed to cater for a range of lifestyles including variations such as open-plan kitchens, spacious living rooms, elegant good-sized bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms.

All apartments will be sold furnished with:
Living-room with kitchen: sofa, armchair, coffee table, trunkholder, TV set, telephone, air-conditioner, kitchenette with platform, lamp, stools, refrigerator, integrated ceramic hot-plates, microwave oven, cooker hood;

Bedroom: double bed, bed spread, linen, two bedside tables with reading lamps, dressing table, mirror, air-conditioner;

Bathroom: bath-tub, shower, lavatory pan, bidet, wash-basin, mirror, toilet-set tray, hair-drier, boiler;

Terrace: table, two chairs.

The maintenance of the building and the communal areas will be provided by the developer of the complex. The annual maintenance fee will cover the following:

•Maintenance of communal areas and spa/sports facilities
•Maintenance, cleaning and electricity bills for the common parts (corridors of the block)
•24-hour security
•Standard repairs occurring from normal use

From summer season 2009 Lakeside Consultancy Services LLC will offer to the new owners of the apartments, contracts for leasehold of the property.

Enlarge The modern resort of Elenite (meaning literally 'The Stags') is situated east of Slunchev Bryag (Sunny Beach), and 50km north of Bourgas. The nearest village is Vlas.
   
The place was uninhabited by the time of the construction of the resort's facilities, which started in 1985.
   
Besides the must-see old town of Nessebar, situated to the south of Elenite, the Emine cape to the north - which together with Kaliakra is the most popular Bulgarian Black Sea cape among visitors - is also a beautiful sight.
   
The holiday complex is designed as a park, and consists of one-family bungalows and villas surrounded by green vegetation. This resort has its own private beach, several luxurious restaurants, sports facilities, a tennis court and equipment for water sports. The St. Vlas Campsite is also located near the Elenite. It offers accommodation in decent bungalows with own bathrooms as well as enough space for tents.

One can get to the Elenite by minibus from Sunny Beach or by taxi.
