• 30% of the price less the 2500 Euro reservation fee is due within 14 days from the date of the reservation;

• 20% is due at completion (December 20th, 2007)

Way of completion

The apartments will come fully furnished as follows:

Property management

A management company will take care of the common sections and all the equipment at Severina Complex - Bansko.

A property management fee of EUR 8 per square metre per year will be collected in monthly installments. The amount of the fee will be based on the size of the total housing area and will be fixed for a period of three years.
