The "Almond Garden" development is located in the village of Kosharitza, which is approx. 2Km from Sunny Beach in Bulgaria and just 25 Km away from Bourgas Airport.

The Almond Garden development consists of 56 apartments, in three buildings: A, B and C, all are carefully designed to ensure impeccable comfort and sense of delight style.

* Building A consists of 14 apartments, developed into four floors, from 51sq.m to 84 sq. m. All apartments are one-bedroom size, except two studios.

* Building B consists of 24 apartments, developed into four floors from 46 to 201 sq. m, offering from studios to two-bedroom apartments. Some of the apartments are spaciously designed into two split levels.

* Building C consists of 18 apartments, developed into three floors, from 53 to 84 sq. m, all apartments are one-bedroom size.
