- 20% first installment within 20 days after
signing the preliminary contract;
- 20% three months after payment of first installment;

Option 2: 5% DISCOUNT

- 50% one month after signing preliminary contract;

Boil 3: 8% DISCOUNT
- 2000 EUR deposit;
- 90% one month after signing preliminary contract;

For any customer who wants to buy a studio or apartment in complex "Aphrodite Palace” without furniture,the discount will be - 50 euros per 1 sq. m.
