- Upon signing preliminary contract, but not later than 15 days of the deposit – 40% by bank.
- 2 months after the preliminary contract – 30%
- 2 months after the second payment – 20%
- Not later than 30th April 2009, Notary deed – 10%

Every client who has bought apartment gets
the opportunity to sign a property management contract.
Owners who wish to get a return of the investment they
have made can rent the property trough us.
