Black Sea Star architecture project is influenced by the seaside style, oriented towards functionality and comfort. Bulgarians say that horseshoe brigs luck, therefore the building is designed in a form of a horseshoe. The project has been elaborated by „Architectonika”, by the architects Viktoria Velikova and Dimitar Paskalev. Important is looking for simple designer solutions, mixed with maximum comfort for future happy owners. Moreover, efforts have been done so that ecological and energy efficiency standards could be met.

Black Sea Star is located between Sozopol and Tchernomorets, 25 km from Bourgas international airport. Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, is 400 km away by car and 40 min. away by airplane, whereas the seaside capital- Varna, is only 90 km away by car. There are plenty of beautiful, bride beaches in the area covered with fine golden sand. Fans of surfing, fishing, jumping and sea cruises will be attracted by very good conditions.
