Neviastata(The Bride) holiday complex will be situated in the area Raikovski livadi in Pamporovo resort. The resort  is at 1,700 m altitude and at 85km from Bulgaria second biggest city of Plovdiv. The building as at 800 m from the existing ski lift - the existing lift station Studenets and in immediate proximity whit the future modern sport and tourist centre Perelik that is to start construction soon.
