The building is a composition of two bodies situated parallel with the street. Between the building and the street there is established a place for parking automobiles. In this way the optimum lay of the area is used and a yard planted with trees and shrubs with a swimming pool is shaped, situated at the sea coast side. In the volumes composition as a whole is sought the typical for the town of Sozopol building.

The building entries are envisaged close to the parking of the newly designed street. For the ease of the inhabitants of the building an elevator is built. The general volume composition stakes on clearness, legibility and a calm outline bearing the spirit of the typical and specific houses in Sozopol.
