The buildings of the complex encircle the lushly green internal spaces with alpineums. The Arena can be thought of as consisting of two parts divided by the public service facilities. The holiday village comprises 12 buildings, i.e. six buildings in both southern and northern parts of the terrain. They offer as many as 197 apartments ranging from 22 to 193 sq.m., including such novelties as five-room apartments and maisonettes. Some of them are designed as studios with attached saunas, storage and other auxiliary facilities. The living rooms, and sometimes the bedrooms face the sea. Two one-family twin houses complete the overall vision of the complex.
The Arena will offer a number of entertainment and sports facilities. Both parts of the complex will have swimming pools for adults and kids. The public center will feature an open-air amphitheater seating 450, a hairdressers’ shop, a doctor’s office, a modern spa center with everything you need for relaxation, a fitness hall, a disco, a playground, a supermarket, a kindergarten, a watchtower as well as all necessary storage and auxiliary facilities. The complex offers parking spaces for 75 cars in its upper part.
Right above the public services building an Orthodox Christian cathedral with a choir and a crypt will be built. Between the public center and the crypt, a shopping center will be located with various shops, a church shop, a bookstore, a newspaper stand etc. Glass domes are envisaged to bring light to this shopping area that will be located underground.
