MORSKO OKO Holiday resort is located 35 km from the regional center of Burgas and 18 km from the international airport of Sarafovo district and near the historic Nesebar – a part of the world heritage protected by UNESCO.

On the roof terraces of the buildings there from where there is an incredible panoramic view of the whole bay and Stara planina nountains are located three types of pubs. In the tallest building is located the Sky bar.

* We will take care of the following activities instead of you:
* Organization of security of the resort;
* Provision of electricity and water installation;
* Pack of sanitary and hygienic services of the common parts of the complex: cleaning of dust, air ventilation, basic cleaning, etc.
* Technical maintenance of common installations and facilities; repair of common parts;
* Maintenance of lifts;
* Maintenance of green areas and adjoining parts (alleys, gardens, parking lot, etc.)

* The annual fee for servicing and maintenance is calculated on the basis of the common area of your apartment. Te amount is EUR 10 (exclusive of VAT) per square meter for calendar year.
